4 Quick Observations about the Office of Pastor in the New Testament:

1) There are two churches offices, Pastor/Elder and Deacon
2) The office of Pastor has three interchangeable names: Elder (the most used), Overseer, and Pastor
3) The office of Pastor is reserved for men according to 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1
4) The term Elder is almost always used in the plural
